January 20, 2017 – 9:11AM PST

Donald J. Trump sworn in as 45th U.S. President. Court documents show Ginsburg denied the request for a stay, but plaintiff’s assert mandamus is still very much alive:

Also encountered a story from The New York Times discussing issues mentioned by plaintiffs in the article and brief. It will be interesting to see what happens with this.

I was fired from my contributor status at The Hill a few hours after submitting a story for publication. Please keep watching and sharing. We are working hard to get this story out to Mainstream Media.

Here is the document on how I was Fired!

Still waiting on the editor to finish. Who are these 6 ladies taking on the election system? There are three plaintiffs: Diane Blumstein, Nancy Goodman, and Donna Soodalter-Towman and three promoters who have worked tirelessly over the past month to work on this case: Kirsten Elaine Martin, Dr. Kelly Sennholz, and Jerroll Sanders. More to come later.

Finished writing story to be published very soon hopefully. The story details claims by Martin as well as previously sourced stories of Paul Manafort interference with elections in Ukraine. Important to note that he resigned from Trump’s campaign after facing heat related to Ukraine issues.

Spoke with Nancy Goodman, one of the Plaintiffs in the Supreme Court case. She considers herself to be an active citizen, but not an extraordinary person. She’s just wanting to make a difference in her community and country. Currently, she works in the community encouraging civic dialog. This case came as an opportunity from Kirsten Elaine Martin who has been one of 3 women spearheading the movement across 3 states, CA, MA, and CO. Nancy explained that she was not happy with results of election and questioned the validity — that it was so counter to what was expected, she doubted that the results were valid. She explained that so much is at stake and that fundamentally, if we can’t count on the fact that we fair election, how can we be a democracy.

This is a developing story. Just got off the phone with Kirstin Elane Martin, one of the lady’s responsible for the promotion before the case. They have given details regarding the filings. Case is currently in Ginsburg’s hands and they are hoping for an update soon.
